Shipping Policy

🐱 Processing Time

All orders are personally prepared and packed by me. Orders to the European Union are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. For other regions, I try to ship within 8 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, restocks, or busy periods. Thank you for your patience.

🐱 Shipping and Postage

All orders are currently shipped via La Poste. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and quantity of the package. If there is a difference in shipping cost, I will contact you to either refund the difference or request the additional amount.

- France (fees may vary for Corsica and overseas territories) €2.50 - €13

- EU Countries €8 - €23

- Other regions (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) €8 - €27

France and European countries usually receive their orders within one week; other countries within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended by default, as US customs tariffs are constantly changing and costs remain very high. As a reference, base shipping fees are around €35, customs taxes not included. If you are in the US and are willing to cover these costs, feel free to contact me by email with the items you'd like: I will send you a quote with the current shipping fees and taxes, and you can then decide whether you'd like to place an order.

🐱 Address and Missing Packages

Incorrect address

I am not responsible for packages lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address, and no refund will be issued in this case. If a package is returned to me, please contact me to explain the situation; reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.

Missing package (international orders)

Please wait at least 2 weeks after shipment before contacting me about a missing package. Once the loss is confirmed, I will open an investigation with La Poste and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. If more than 4 weeks have passed since shipment and you have not contacted me, I will unfortunately no longer be able to process any claims.

🐱 Customs and Import Taxes

All customs fees and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. These fees vary by country and are beyond my control. Please refer to your local customs regulations.
