🐱 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please check all your details carefully before ordering.

🐱 Returns and Refunds

In accordance with French and European law, buyers located in France and in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they receive their order. Other regions are not covered by this right; only damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent items can be handled. As this is a small shop that I run on my own, every item is carefully checked and packed before it is sent out — so please think it over carefully before placing your order.

For any return request, please contact me by email first and explain the situation. Packages sent back without contacting me beforehand cannot be processed.

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, intact
  • If the item has lost value because it was used or opened, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly
  • The refund will be issued once I have received the return and checked the condition of the item
  • If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery method than standard shipping, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded

Damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving it, including your order number, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the item from several angles. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is fully resolved: if the damage happened during shipping, the outer packaging is essential evidence for the claim with La Poste.

Depending on the case, I may ask you to send the item back to me (in this case, return shipping is at my expense). Once checked, a replacement will be sent; if it is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

I reserve the right to refuse an order or to decline future orders at my own discretion.
